We had a new Maytag heat pump system put in last Sept. We are so happy and so warm with this new system. And it runs quiet too! We were very impressed with the owner and the crew. Our furnace decided to take a dive right in the middle of winter. I called around to several places, and ASK was the only one willing to come out on a Saturday. Adam diagnosed and fixed our furnace within 2 hours! I even asked about the lifespan of our unit and if he thought it would last a little while longer. He was honest and didn't pressure us into buying a whole new unit. When the time comes, we'll definitely be giving ASK a call to replace it.

Words can't express how grateful I am for Adam coming out today to check my A/C system in the 98* temperature . I not only contacted them around lunchtime but they fit me in the same day. Even though he couldn't find out what caused the system to not work, he told me what to do if it does it again and that he would get here asap. I appreciate Adam's honesty and ASK is a company that I will work with for any HVAC issues in the future.

Appointment was scheduled quickly after calling for appointment. Technician was on time, quickly diagnosed issue and repaired. Probably on site under an hour. Polite and made sure I understood the issue and how it occurred.

The team from ASK Heating and Air came in and did a wonderful job replacing the 1 system we had with 2 new systems one downstairs and one in the Attic that took them 3 days. They were very respectful and courteous, even took time to say hi to the Dogs each morning when they arrived. Prices were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend ASK Heating and Air

Started calling all thw HVAC places near me and ASK was the first to actually answer the phone. They scheduled an appointment the same day, and on top of that they sent the owner himself.
